She was married to John Urbanus (or Urban) SCHMIDT on 13 Dec 1797. ⁽²⁴¹⁾ John Urbanus (or Urban) SCHMIDT^{(242) (35)} was baptized on 13 Jan 1771 in Dutch Reformed Church, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.⁽²⁴³⁾ He died on 12 Jun 1855 in Necum Teuch, Nova Scotia, CANADA.⁽²⁴⁴⁾ Hartling quotes an obituary:

"The deceased was an old inhabitant of the shore and generally respected." _The Church Times_, (Halifax, 30 June, 1855), p. 207. From Gail Facini's GEDCOM file. Hartling gives the name as "John Urbanus (or Urban) Smith, son of George Michael and Margaret Barbara Smith." Many more details about the Smiths, including their family, are in Hartling's book.
