OBITUARY:
Robert S. Hirtle of 121 Taylor Street, Wollaston, died yesterday at Quincy Hospital
after an illness of 10 days. Born and educated in Midville, Nova Scotia, he
came to Quincy in 1890 and moved into the Taylor Street home in 1907. Before
his
retirement many years ago Mr. Hirtle was a cabinetmaker.
The husband of the late Mrs. Emma Dickey Hirtle, he is survived by two daughters,
Miss Eva May Hirtle and Miss Esther Marion Hirtle of Wollaston, a son, Robert
L. Hirtle of Milford, and [?] sisters [remainder illegible]
He was married
to Emma Florence DICKEY on 29 Jun 1895 in Quincy, Norfolk, Mass..
